At The Parchment Studio, each product is made and packed with care, and we hope you love what you receive. Since our products are part of a small-batch, handmade stationery collection, we currently do not accept returns or offer exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or if you receive the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at studio.parchment@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos, and a brief description. We’ll evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or store credit on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that minor variations in color, print placement, or texture are part of the charm of handmade products and will not be considered defects.

Refunds will only be issued in exceptional cases (such as order cancellation before dispatch or non-availability of stock), and the amount will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
